The concert schedule this year is a little different from last year. The fourth grade sang during the Veteran's Day  assembly in November. Kindergarten, First, and Second grade will perform at the Winter Concert in December. Third grade will prepare a musical play, How the Elephant Got It's Trunk, to perform during the month of January. Fifth grade will perform the musical play, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, in March.
This year there is both a Primary (1st and 2nd graders) and an Intermediate Choir (3rd, 4th, and 5th graders). The Primary and Intermediate Choirs will perform at choir concerts in December and March.

Not all classrooms have webpages. Currently Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Ovenell, and Mrs. Pappas/Mrs. Schmidt have working webpages. To get to class webpages click on the "Collaborate!" link on the left side of the Stanwood Elementary Webpage. From the list of teachers, choose the name of the classroom website you wish to see. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CHANGES TO 2009/10 BUS ROUTES
Stanwood-Camano School District’s funding is decreasing in 2009-10 because of the state budget deficit and declining student enrollment. As a result, the district needs to reduce costs in all areas. Unfortunately, these reductions will affect students, families, and district employees. The transportation department has had to make the following adjustments due to these challenging funding declines:
